i have some of the above on my phone and est cannot remove it as its part of the system. so my question is how do i find out where these are and how do i delete them. uupay.f and spy.agent.gR

I used Titanium Backup to remove them from phones in the past.
There are other methods, but I found that to be both familiar and effective.

so i am unable to remove the trojans one is " beautymakeup- uupay.f)
the other is (chineese letters - spy.agent.gr)
i have disabled them , so my question is that sufficient to prevent them from doing any damage.
How did you disable them? If you use Titanium Backup's feature "Freeze" it should be equivalent to removal without actually removing.
I'm afraid that simply "stopping" an app might allow it to restart itself on boot. If that's the case, you might want to look into a boot manager which will let you decide which apps to launch on startup.
Is your phone rooted?
i went to running apps and disabled them. now when i reboot they are still in the disabled app list.
Sounds promising. I'd keep an eye on them until you actually get them removed, though.
Then again, I'm paranoid.
