The only limitation I can see is the screen resolution, but it's a $100 quad-core phone!
I'm pretty sure the front camera is 1.3MP not 0.3MP

They need to cut some corners somewhere to get it down this low. Don't be surprised if it's 0.3 and the LCD is a mediocre TFT. Regardless, it's an excellent price and front camera is the last thing to worry about.

The only concern I'd have is LCD quality - not resolution, but viewing angles.

I purchased this phone also. However it came with a bad ROM, supplier went out of business. The ROM installed does not recognize carrier network (Straight Talk on T-Mobile Net.). Do you know where I could find a ROM for it?

no, i am quite sure it is 0.3m front camera.

I have ordered two units of ZTE V967s @135usd from aliexpress.
the res 960x540. front cam also 0.3m

from china, the more reliable brand
Huawei, ZTE, Lenovo, Xiaomi
then, Oppo, Zoppo, Newman.

then,
star, HDC, Goophone, firefly, inew,....

for everydays usage, the phone RAM should be 1G. it will be just nice. thre will be no regret to buy a 1g ram phone.
if u only have 512m , quart core, then just manage to do everyday usage
