Please help me!!!!!!!!!!

My phone is dead after I flashed a wrong preloader

my phone model is iNew V3 PLUS (V3a) "cxq_v3a_inew_V04" version.

I was doing these steps: :

1- Disconnet the battery and wait 10 seconds

2- Open flash tools with the scatter file

3- Connect the phone usb cable to pc

4- Plug in the battery on the phone

==> MTK USB PORT (COM XX) ok : drivers on the pc seems to be ok

5- On flash tools press download

every time I get BROM ERROR : S_DL_GET_DRAM_SETTING_FAIL (5054)

[EMI] Enable DRAM fail

I have yet tried over than 20 ROMs and error persists.



Please!!!! Help me!

Change your sequence.

1. Open sp flash tool as administrator
2. Load scatterfile
3. Click on Download. But I think for your situation should be firmware upgrade (everything ticked!)
4. Plug in phone to PC.

Sometimes it works with battery sometimes without.
And do firmware upgrade.
Also don't put many drivers, you'll confuse the PC.
If you put in wrong drivers you have to uninstall. Then get usbdeview from here [Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register] and remove phone ids.

I have marked preloader check, but i don't have any preloader.bin file to load.
And i use XP. Those drivers that you say are for Win 8

Why not? Download a stock ROM with preloader.

I'm not recommending drivers. I said usbdeview program. Use that to tremove phone ids.

I flashed this rom…[Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register] with preloader checked and i bricked fully the phone.

Then [Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register] give me this [Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register] and i flashed just it, no more, and all WORKS AGAIN!
