Problem to my chinese phone: bepa G900W MT 6592 octa-core
Signal full (5 bars ) and -127 dBm.... 3G and H works, gps works and Wifi works... this Android kitkat 4.4.2 problem ?

I'm not sure what the question is here. Is the -127dBm figure bothering you?
Where did this value come from?
And this is the value of which signal? This is typical for GPS signals and such.

signal full bars ( 5 bars ) and operator no working in my home, outdoor working, test my sim card to my galaxy s and works fine, 3 bars in my home... operator working or no working = 5 bars signal.
Remove the sim card and 5 bars ...
I would guess this is a ROM bug.
Are you unable to make/receive calls and send/receive text messages?

Yes outdoor only, in my house very low signal and 5 bars, send call and receive very hard, i remote sim card and 5 bars...
where is rom for flashing phone: bepa G900W or update other rom possible ?
