For purposes of rooting ICS or JB or flashing CWM, you first need ADB drivers installed:

Steps to try when rooting your phone for purposes of simplicity:

hello, I have a new doogee DG800 and I want to root it
only. iroot failed, frama root failed, vroot failed even
towelroot too failed. I don't want to flash ROM because
the successful method have seen so far was with ROM
flashing, but I only want Root access. Its a custom ROM
pre-installed from the company(Doogee), or if there is
any other way to enable root access, please help me.

Hello guys, i have the new Lenovo vibe k5 note.
I have rooted it with kingo root en supersu. But after a while i lost my permissions to get root. I wonder what is going on with this phone.
I cant get in to get root access again.

When i restart the phone in whatever boot mode all i get are chinese letters.
I dont understand what this all means. Is there any translation for this boot so i can understand what i am doing.
