Qwant Wants to Be Alternative to Google

A search engine called Qwant is trying to tap into growing anger in Europe that Google holds too much control over how people surf the Web.

Good for them. I hope it works out. Be as angry as you want at Google, but the fact is that they pushed the net and indeed technology into the future. Anybody remember 2MB hotmail accounts before Google came around, and no alternative to iPhone before Android to name just a couple. Track me, I don't care...
