Okay is there any way to get my phone work with 900 Network Frequency? its support only 850/2100. and another thing...can i install finnish language to this phone? goophone x7 its not support finnish system language.

Nope. You're stuck with 850/2100 for WCDMA.
Adding new languages is not easy. It generally needs to be part of the firmware.
You can try this app "Set Locale and Language" (search it on Play). Let us know how that works out. It works out for some, but haven't tested it myself.
