Xiaomi released the new Redmi on January 4th, 2015, called Redmi2. As the second generation of Redmi, the appearance of Redmi2 did not change a little basically. I found it listed for sale already on a webstore. I'm gonna put some of its specs here. Its price is $155.99. Is it worthbuying?

4.7 Inch 1280 x 720 pixels IPS screen, Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 quad core processor, 1GB RAM+8GB ROM, 2.0MP front camera+8.0Mp rear camera. 2200mAH battery.

1GB RAM seems too low?

I came across it yesterday... For the price, I'm not impressed.

Hmm, you think the price is high? I'm just not so pleased with 1GB RAM. Always Snapdragon810.

I think 1GB RAM is enough for the normal use.
