Root Required for this mod.
Most of the 4.2.2 gapps are available, however this and the ringtones are the only ones worth downloading if you're already on 4.0 or better (IMHO)
This will add the camera, not replace your current camera and gallery. You can safely freeze or uninstall the old camera and gallery if you wish.
- Download zip
- Copy to your external SD
- Apply update from recovery

I'm using 4.1.2 wind version on H7500+.
I installed it with cwm. I have 2 icons of camera now.
If I run the new(4.2) , then the camera works but the videocamera is black.

Can I install this on any android rooted phone? or does it require a 4.0 or greater android version?

You should be able to install it on any version of Android. It doesn't replace anything, it's installed in addition to your current camera.
