Hi i really need a titanium backup file of the star n9800 so i can try and get my phone off recovery mode.my laptop does not recognise device.I think only way is to try restore backup data from recovery mode please help.

I think you need to find the ROM for your phone and flash it using SP Flash Tool. We have tutorials here on how to do that.
Get your ROM from NeedROM.

Your laptop does not recognize the device because you do not have the proper drivers installed.
