most important step is to make sure the preloader drivers are installed correctly, i did this by plugging in the phone without the battery, the drivers automatically installed.
Then using flash tool select scatter file for your phone, make sure all boxes are ticked and choose format and download in the box above.
Plug in the phone without battery and it should be recognized by flash tool and automatically start the procedure, first formatting the mess which is now and then continues to flash the new firmware, when finished you should see the completed screen .
The best rom is V08 available on needrom.com, battery life is better andruns smoother than previous roms !!
