Can someone explain this that's in the settings,i presume it's some sort of Over The Air update, has anybody tried it and if so is it safe to do? also will it work for me as I live in New Zealand or am I better off not trying it?

Yes, this is auto update. Sure you can try it in new Zealand. What it does is DL an update package, then boots into recovery and flashes it. Doesn't matter where you are when you do it.

So what's the worse that could happen and if it does is it easy enough to fix? my phone runs android 4.2.2 so will this update it to a newer version?
