Well, It sounds like he can boot up since Mobile Uncle Tools didn't work.
At any rate, here's my rom: [Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register]
And the stock v11 rom that I flashed originally can be found here: [Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register] - this caused me to lose my IMEI, but I was able to get it back on there easily enough with MTK Droid Tools once I rooted.

I got my Phone now fixed with your NVRAM Backup and all things running well now!

I've got an X9, so if you're not rooted, I can back up my NVRAM for you.
I've restore my X9 with a custom ROM (MANOWARACERO), after wrong root process! I can't use my cellular module, because i don't have backuped my NVRAM! You can help me?
