This is not possible. Sorry for the bad news. Recommend taking a look at the THL 4000 if you need an inexpensive phone with 4 band 3G.

Ah sorry, my fault. I did not read carefully. Saw only 'band unlock'. It's still not possible. The only way might be to use 4G dongle / wifi unit

No, it will not be possible. You guys are talking about trying to fix a hardware problem with a software fix . The phones simply do not have the right hardware to support those bands.
