A new smartphone, Cubot X10 is coming soon! !



A single photo has appeared showing us what we can expect next from Chinese phone maker Cubot and their new Cubot X10 Smartphone.

Cubot arrived on the Chinese phone scene last year with the Cubot X9, a phone with Octa Core, 1.4GHz, Cortex-A7, 5-inch 720p display but a bargain price. It’s a recipe that has served them well and one they hope to duplicate with the release of the Cubot X10.

Nothing official has been confirmed yet, but our sources at Cubot have hinted that the Cubot X10 will come with an OctaCore processor, 2GB RAM, 5.5-inch and 13.0MP camera, a larger battery....


Do you think Cubot will dare to launch another iPhone 6 clone of their own? What do you think of this phone?

I must admit, the basic specs seem decent enough. The device itself is striking, copy or not, but many questions remain.

Some of the most important are screen resolution, frequencies, ROM, camera type (Sony?? what about the front camera?), battery life, is battery replaceable, does it take a TF card (and how big), cases, spare 'anything', NFC, Bluetooth rev, how many SIM slots.

Regardless, I see Gearbest has a few pre-sale products at around $210, so pricing is a factor. If the price is to be the same, and specs the same, capability and expandability the same, then this could be a huge winner on style alone. If it could take standard iPhone cases and screen protectors, but could still manage to otherwise be it's own style and pure android product, that sure could not hurt!
