I bought a new camera glass(repair lens).
Today I get the package, now I have a question:
How to change the old glass to the new one?
Anyone have a video of the process, or something?

They are all going to be a little different. Take a look at the old one and see how it's in there. Do you mean the outside glass that protects the camera? Or the actual internal lens?

The outside glass. In 1 year it had been very scretched, take a horribly pictures..

This is really going to depend on phone model.
It might be glued on. In which case you will have to just wedge it out as best you can. Something super thin and begin wedging from the side. Take a look here:
If it's really glued in there strongly, you may have to break it and remove it piece by piece.
If it is glued, heat is your friend.
Yes, good point. A heat gun or hairdryer can help.
