First Lawsuits Filed Against the F.C.C.’s ‘Net Neutrality’ Rules

The first lawsuits over the agency's new rules for Internet regulation were filed on Monday, sooner than expected and months before the rules are expected to take effect.

This is excellent. No need to fix what isn't broken. IMO this new set of regulations is nothing more than the first steps towards gaining control over the internet.

This statement is key:
"On Monday, Jon Banks, a senior vice president of USTelecom, reiterated that. “We do not block or throttle traffic and FCC rules prohibiting blocking or throttling will not be the focus of our appeal,” he said in a statement."

How they could call it premature and dismiss it? Really? The laws have already been passed. Of course once they go into effect it will be much more difficult to contest them or get them reversed.
