I want to flash stock rom by using app SP Flash Tool. I see message: 'pmt changed for the rom; it must be downloaded' and I can not flash anything. What I must do? What I must download?

This is because the scatter does not match your current partitioning. You need to:

A) create a new scatter with MTK droid and replace it in the new ROM folder

Or better -

B) Format and then flash the ROM to the phone.

You should make an NVRAM backup before format/flash because in either situation you may lose your NVRAM.

1. No. Look at the video I took the time to post for you for how to format.

If you format , you don't need to do anything with the scatter.

But you do need to backup your NVRAM. See this:

From here I installed latest and official rom for my smartphone. Then I did factory data reset and removed Sim card and card microSD. And still camera does not work! Why??

Standard application to take pictures not detect both cameras. In Camera360 works only front camera.
