The phone is not opened no longer appears as the load can not get into recovery. But my computer read it I put some pictures .
I tried to put a rom and when I tried to open it no longer open.

At first, download the drivers pack from here :

And then, install "Universal Android USB Driver"

Do you have tried to enter into Recovery Mode ?
Try to turn off you device ... then reboot by pressing the Power & Volume Up (or Down) buttons simultaneously ... if your device will enter into Recovery Mode you will can do a Factory Reset.
