Have you tried to customize your device with Xposed Framework Modules & Launchers (Nova & Apex ... for example) ?
Yeah I had tried them... I reality appreciate them... But they make my device to lazy just like nobita... From doremon ... My device starts taking a lot of time in opening apps .. That's why I need a custom ROM..exposed is good but not meant for me...
If the issue of your device is the slowness to opening the apps (at starting) ... have you ever tried the app called "BootManager" (or similar) ?
