I am having issues with the sponsor I purchased my phone from. I have tried to deal with them via email, but it is like talking to a brick wall.
Where is the appropriate place in this forum to address this issue? I'm pretty sure it's a simple communications error, but they continue to give me information that is obviously wrong.
at this point, i'm tempted to cancel my order and file a complaint against them with paypal. However, I would much rather have my phone.
Do we have a liaison, that can help sort this out, or will i be forced to find a different supplier?
All I want is the dhl tracking number, but they insist on giving me one for someone in France (i'm in Washington state, in the US).
there was a minor problem with my paypal address, which made day 0 the 10th. my phone should be here "soon", and i want to know where it is.
How do i find out this information when the supplier continues to give me information that is obviously incorrect, and refuses to correct their data?
