Hi all I have found your forum by chance I have a problem with my Star S7599 is the same as S7589 but 16gb Rom after 2 or 3 days it crash and restart loop the only solution that I 'I find this to each of the factory to work you would not have a solution for it to stop its reset

I had the same issue, now there are several hahahah, i got in touch with the seller and the thing is that since its a new phone, they lauched it to the market with the ROM of the 4gb version, thats (for ehat they said) is causing the problem.
They have sent me (supposely because i havent been able to try it) the just relesed version for the 16gb s7589. The issue im dealing with them now is that they are not telling mw how to install it and that i have to search for the pricess onlien.
As we all know, there arr several way to do it and I am also asking for help on how to install it. They sent me a zip file which i triwd installing from the recovery on the option "update from sdcard" but valle. Not sure if im doing it properly or if i jave to root my phone before this.
If someone could help us out on this it would be truly appreciated.
BTW, if you want the new ROM, let mw know and ill send it.

You can go in to recovery mode with update via SD, chances are you are already rooted.

i got mine brick after i tried to format it with SP flash tool.
i have rooted the device the secong day i received my phone, then i try to flash the recovery, then i formated the phone, now it is semi brick. (computer still can reconized my phone while i plug it to the computer), now i wish some one can upload the original rom ( but have to go with SP flash tool, cannot use recovery as my phone is semi brick). I have tried a lot of rom (4GB/8GB) , but they are not good, It all came out " Enable DRAM Fail (4032)"

i have my phone brick after the second day i receiced my phone.
I have rooted my phone before it was brick.
Can someone upload the rom (s7589 16 GB , or S7599 to be precised)
i need the rom to go with SP flash tool, as i cannot go to recovery mode)

How about ROM manager app? You can get it for free and there is a way to install a rom using that. You have to be rooted though, but it looks like you are already rooted.
