Camera&flash not working after flashing rom on i5s mtk6582

I have a question for you : before you've written that you tried like everything you know there is to try ... but about the Factory Reset ... What was the result of this ?

The factory reset, with the chinese emmc results in just the same, no working backcamera and rest works

Have you already installed Mobile Uncle Tool apk on your device ?
If YES .. tap on Mobile Uncle Tool and tap on Device info ... you will know a lot of information about your device ... I'm interested about MTK BUILD (mediatek version release & platform), SCREEN (width & height), OS (radio= moly) and KERNEL (version).

I have Mobileuncle Tools but i can't type anywhere on Device info in my version of this, can you screenshot it? In CPU Z i made a few screenshots

But the next time I suggest you to write here ONLY the informations that I've asked you ... not the screenshots ... because everybody can see your IMEi ... but lucky for you the IMEI is null (it's no good).
However, now tap on Mobileuncle and tap on Into Recovery Mode ... and please tell me if you see the simple Android Recovery Mode or CWM :-)

Ok, i will next time. But i didn't see any imei so thought was ok ;)
And when Into Recovery Mode i see the simple Android Recovery Mode with the red triangle with exclamation mark, the android laying on his back

By the way i just installed rom manager and tapped boot into CWM recovery but goes to the same simple android recovery again

It is obvious that you haven't the CWM Recovery because you haven't installed it on your device.
Now, I'll help you to install the CWM Recovery on your device :-)
At first, read carefully my tutorial and download/install it into your pc (now you can understand why I have asked you width & height before) ... and follow step by step my tutorial (use the img of the rom that you've downloaded on needrom and posted me in your last post) :
