Do you mean SP flash tool? Readback is done with SP Flash Tool, not MTK Droid Tools? Does this mean you are pursuing the CWM Method?
Please go through this thread [Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register]. It is the exact same question as yours.
User sacs had an issue with readback with spft. We resolved the issue by installing MTK VCOM Drivers correctly on Windows 8. See tutorials section for info on that.
I would also recommend going through this thread if spft still gives you issues [Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register].

I read that thread awhile ago. Steps that i had followed,
1. Mtkdroid tools for my scatter file.
2. Spflash then loading scatter
3. After loading scatter i went to readback tab. Save it as rom_0. Hex. My cache scatter value is 0086500000. I wrote the value 0x00000865. I click ok but failed. Help me thanks. What did i do wrong

OK. Readback from start address 0x00, then end at 0x86500000
You have the end address backwards.

Ok. Then like I mentioned above, try reinstalling MTK Drivers. Use USBdeview, to remove the phone's device ids from PC. Uninstall PdaNet from Programs and Features, then reinstall.
Also, be sure to be running Flash Tool as administrator.

You posted a program response from MTK Droid Tools. Read back is done with sp flash tool. I'm not sure where you are right now in the method.
Have you completed the read back?
Are you now in droid tools and have you agreed to create cwm with boot.IMG?
If so, check in the folder of your droid tools executable. There should be a recovery folder that contains the cwm you made.
You now flash this to your phone with sp flash tool again.
Make sure only recovery is ticked when you flash.

Sir, i lost on when i try to download the recovery img. It failed. Now i cant turn on my phone. . The readback is complete, but when try to download the recovery it failed. But before that, it says format first. I did the format + download. Is that why i cant turn on my phone?
