You need to unpack the zip file with winrar or other compression tool and use a program flashtool that is included in the packages to flash the rom.

Hi I have been experiencing the same issues with my INEW V3 phone build number cxq_v3_inew_v1.0.4. Been working fine on Three for the last two months, but suddenly stopped working with call forwarding message before ending call. Cannot receive or make voice calls on 3G network, but able to receive data and texts. Switch to Three's 2G network all voice calls work fine, but no data. Been told by three it's phone related, but Simms from other providers work fine. Three deny all knowledge of doing anything and I have asked them to check my IMEI number was not blacklisted, which I was told negative. This appears to be Three UK network related any help guidance or instructions on how to resolve issues much appreciated as this is driving me insane.

I had the same issue when my phone stopped working on 3 network. I could send text and internet data, but when I tried making voice calls it would not work and if anyone called me they would get busy. I tried a different 3 SIM and had the same issue. I tried setting/changing IMEI but it didn't make any difference. My 3 SIM works fine in other phones. Three told me they have no blocking or barring set against my phone/connection. I have now given up on three. I ordered SIMs from several other networks and they all work fine, so the issue seems to be some sort of incompatibility between the INEW phone and 3 network.

There is simple reason.

WCDMA-GSM-900

your phone is compitible with

WCDMA-800
WCDMA-850
WCDMA-IMT-2000

but your network provider is using above for data and WCDMA-GSM-900 for making calls when you are on 3G network. So it will not work.
