Hi, my Archos Familypad 2, always assigns new MAC addresses on restart and reconnect with wifi I always get a new MAC address.
if I knew where I might find the wifi Nvram to look up to
It would be nice if someone there can be any further help.

Take a look at this thread regarding where to find NVRAM for most MTK devices. I can't say it will be the same for your device. Give a look and let us know.

Does data/nvram exist? If so, explore those folders.
Search in system partition. Not in SD data.
