[Question] Inew V3 Plus Camera Problem?

Hello,

I bought a new phone and doing very blurred images. This is software or hardware problem? Fw version: CXq_V3A-INEW_V09

Is the camera auto-focusing (put the camera 5 inches from an object and tap the object on screen to see if it's auto-focusing)?

Where are you taking the pictures? Generally these small sensor cameras will not do so well in low light.

Please post a sample of your pic as well.

Anyways, I clicked through to your images, and you're right...They're terrible.

I can see a couple of things going on here. The first is that your glass may be dirty. Can you take a look at the glass and make sure it's cleaned well. It also appears you have some movement when taking the pictures. Keep your hands absolutely still when taking the picture. Don't forget to tap on your subject before taking the shot.

Beyond this, they still look very bad and like focus may not be working.

Could you please answer the question regarding auto-focus? (put camera within 5 inches of an object in good light and tap the object on screen and see if the camera can focus on it, or if it at least tries to)

The glass is clean, i wiped, and the camera is trying focus, but the picture is very blurry.

- So is it able to focus, or not. It's trying to focus, and the light is good, but it can't find the focus. Is this correct?

- This is from your rear camera?

These pictures look very very bad. If yes and yes, then iNew has started using a terrible camera in the iNew V3 or the camera is defective, or you have a fake iNew V3. Whatever the case, I don't think this issue is related to software.

Yes and yes. The front camera takes good pictures. I think this is a original inew v3 plus phone, and my friend take good pictures his inew v3 plus phone. So the camera is defective?

Yes, I would say the camera is defective...or iNew has changed the camera they use in V3. There is some focus in some pictures (see top of front tire of bicycle). but they are mostly very bad. It's difficult to tell if it's just a very bad camera, or if it's a focusing problem. Whatever the case, it's not a software issue.

So, i think is a unique problem, and only my phone is bad.

Yes, it looks much better. This picture is indoors with less light too. As I mentioned, your seems to be either a faulty camera, or not the same camera.
