Contact your vendor and see what they can do. This whole market of fake phones is absolute nonsense.
If you don't know what phone you have, DON'T FLASH RANDOM ROMS TO IT. I can pretty much guarantee the result will leave you worse off than where you are now.
Backup your current ROM first. Please.

I'm also stuck this Useless phone Lenovo v602 .. and cant be install zip file there ..useless phone ..does any one knows suitable Custom ROM for this device ??
