It's obvious that it can't show you the sdcard 1 ... it can show you the sdcard 0 :-)
At first, you can try to do a Factory reset of your device on CWM Recovery bootable.
An alternative option can be make two partitions (an unallocated partition and fat or ext3/ext4 partition) on your microSD (with Gparted live) ... but I'm not sure if it will works ... it's only an hypothesis.

Please explain me better "the folders on the phone". Did you have installed with success CWM ? Is your recovery CWM ?

I couldn't install CWM recovery. I followed your instructions by formatting and transferring the image you kindly provided, to the sd card. but in my normal recovery there is no option for sd card. I tried sideloading and it gets transferred and then on the phone error message comes that package couldnot be installed.

Dear friend,
the big issue of your device is that you can't turn on USB Debugging ... not even with an usb otg.
The only suggestion that I can give you is : try again to do a factory reset (at first "wipe cache" and then "wipe data/factory reset" )
