Good afternoon.
Today I received my h7500 + and it's all very good.I think I have some problem because when i put battery in the mobile phone the touch panel lights on and i can never turn the light off.i did everything but the light is always on. Is there any solution for this?

You mean the phone is off, or when the phone is on?
And are you talking about the touchscreen, OR the capacitive touch buttons (home / back / menu) lights?

Hmm... That's extremely strange. The phone is off and unplugged as well?
What about when the phone is on. Do they turn off?

Sounds like a hardware issue. Not necessarily faulty. It could be technician error. They may have connected the LED power line to an always on source.
Are you rooted? If you're rooted, I want you to try something. Download adjbrightness from Play. It has a button that will manually turn the capacitive lights on and off. It works with my 7500+.
See if it does anything. You must be rooted for this test.

i already install the program and select this option:
lock off button light
And the lights are still on.

Not in settings. It's on the homepage of the app. Set it back to the way the settings were when you first downloaded it and just tap 'Buttons'.
Also, the first time you run the app, you should get a SuperSU/Superuser warning asking if you want to allow root access.
Regardless, there's technician error or a hardware problem. If it's a technician error as I mentioned before, it MIGHT be fixable by a tech or even by yourself.
