If specs are accurate and bezels really that thin, I'd gladly wait 50 days for delivery. My six week old V3 has the 'peeling display syndrome' (bottom right corner in my case).

It's an interesting phone and has caused a lot of buzz around here. I'm excited to see what it's like when it comes out. If @vampirefo ends up getting it, I'll be double-excited to see his review.
For me personally, the size is right and having Kit Kat will be AWESOME. Those are the two biggest draws to my tastes. On the other hand, having only 1GB of RAM is the showstopper.
My mythical unicorn of an ideal phone: 5.5" display, 2GB RAM, MT6592, 720p, ~3000mAh, Kit Kat, 1900 MHz 3G, and around $220 USD. Maybe the Doogee Dagger DG550 will have a bigger brother that will suit me well, maybe the successor to the THL T11 will be closer to my tastes.
Not of any technical merit, but as a huge fan of dogs (and having received the nickname "Puppy Man" because of my generally neurotically-happy personality) I really, really like the brand name "Doogee" and wish I owned one for that reason alone.
I also really like the brand name "Oppo." -- it's the inside-out version of "Poop."

The 1GB ram is enough for me, of course the additional ram would be nice, in the less than $180 range I haven't found any other phone, that has the same or better specs, than DG550.
The 3000mAh, battery would be great, hopefully additional batteries can be purchased.
I did notice the JIAKE V8 MTK6592 is currently on sale, for 189.99, next 12 hours this is a great deal, phones lacks Kitkat or I might get a JIAKE V8 MTK6592.

I really think the phone is good, but have to say i think you may be overselling it a bit,
take a look at the cubot x6 similiar specs all around exept its only 5" but i prefer it that way, also the X6 is a great phone from what i have read, and the price isnt bad at all
oops didnt see it had already been mentioned,
