If you're having 3G problems after flashing the new 4.2.1, this build.prop should fix the issue. You do need to be rooted because this requires copying a file to /system. These are 2 different things to try that have helped others with B94M fix their 3G.
Try the first or the second. Up to you. If one method doesn't work, try the other.
First method - Factory reset the phone if you haven't already. This alone has fixed the problem for some people.
Second Method
1. [Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register] and extract the build prop
2. Copy the build.prop to your SD
3. Open ES Explorer or similar. Make sure you have /system mounted as writeable (see ES Explorer settings > root settings)
4. Navigate to the new build.prop and select copy
5. Navigate to /system, find build.prop and rename it to build.prop.bak (backup in case of some issue)
6. Now paste the previously copied build.prop to /system
7. Within ES Explorer or similar app go to build.prop properties and change the permissions to rw-r--r-- (644)
8. Reset
Please report back with success or lack of success and which method helped so we know what works for future users.

And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth

Gizbeat, I tried the second way, did all like you said but when I reboot the phone shown the first screen and all the time thinking. I'm in the same place like before, but now I can entry in the recovery. There are any way to relive the phone by the recovery or I have to load the rom again?

Hey Clauri,
Before changing the build.prop, were you able to reboot okay?
Did you make any other changes before the problem happened? Or only change the build.prop?
Are you rooted?
Are you able to boot into recovery?

I don't now if I was able to reboot, I think that I didn't it before
I only renamed the build. prop and paste the one I was in the sd.
Yes, I'm root and yes I'm able to boot into recovery

Clauri,
I think what happened is the file permissions on the build.prop weren't set right. If I'm correct, this is my fault for leaving it out of the tutorial and I apologize.
Since you already have the files, the easiest thing is to reflash the ROM, following the tutorial from before.
But if you're interested in learning something new and seeing if the file permissions for build.prop really is the problem, we can try that first.

Tutorial finished Clauri. I do believe this is the issue. Follow the tutorial and you should be good to go again.

Yes, they are done on the phone. You will need a rooted phone to copy and rename files in /system. See the auto-root thread in the Root Rom forum here.
Regarding your GPS, download Faster GPS from Play. Set your region. Turn on your GPS and GPS EVO (Settings -> location -> tap 3G -> Tap EVO) and download the latest EVO data file. Download GPS Test from Play. Run GPS test and leave your phone outside for 15+ minutes.
Regarding 3G. It could be your area. Where do you live? Possibly your area doesn't have 3G service at all or if it does, it may be on the 1900MHz frequency opposed to 850MHz.
