had this phone for 3 days and everything worked great.
The auto-focus just stopped working suddenly and I discovered the camera firmware is gone.
The hardware and app works but none of the "features" or the auto-focus work..

Have you tried a 3rd party app for the camera? I'm skeptical that will make a difference, but it's worth a shot. It's also worth trying a factory reset. Let us know your result.

1. tried 3rd party apps like Cymera and Camera Zoom FX. Did not work..
2. Tried factory reset from Settings also didn't help.
3. Tried factory wipe from stock recovery also didnt fix issue.
Now thinking of trying to flash custom rom... Feedback to seller and they wanna do a 1-1 exchange but its quite troublesome cos alot of waiting time..

Yea. It's one of the downfalls of not buying a phone with a local warranty. What a pain. Well, you're lucky they are working with you. Many China sellers will completely ignore.
