Galaxy Note 2 Clone Enter Password To Decrypt Storage?

Samsung Galaxy Note2.
2 days ago i wanted to make a picture. the phone says that is not possible. i restart the phone and i get "enter password to decrypt storge"
i did not give any password or encrept the storge what now?

enter recovery does not do anything.
enter factory just make tests and evrything is ok. then reboot en nothing helps.

is flashing the Rom an option.
