[Question] Cwm or twrp on Posh Mobile Titan HD E500

I finally got it with your help, but I needed to get a more up-to-date version of SP Flash Tool then download the SuperSU.zip file for the binaries.

I had found this tutorial ([Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register]) and was able to skip with the CWM you provided.

You must also press the 'Delete China' button to prevent the factory recovery from reinstalling itself.
For dummies like me and others in the same boat can you provide step by step instructions on how to do this. I am seeing a lot of scattered information which is very difficult to comprehend.

Posh had released version V08 of there kitkat version that included new things to stop root and delete custom recoveries.

But after i complained of issies they pulled the V08 firmware. I went back to V05 which is the same version without all the root blockers.

I really need your help 'los33'. I've gone and screwed the pooch and somehow or another removed all the partitions on the internal storage of my Titan HD e500. I need to rebuild it (using ADB Shell, parted commands) but I don't know what to set the partitions to.
If you or anyone else who sees this has the time, I need the partitions list (print) using the command line:

parted /dev/block/mmcblk0 print

I'd really appreciate the help.

After Backing up/creating cwm/rooting/re rooting after using Iroot then su to re root. I try to flash something in cwm and get E:unable to open ums lunfire (no such file or directory) followed by E:can't mount /sdcard/
