[Question] Inew V3-E Touchscreen not working at all

Hi all,

Since two days the touchscreen, including the buttons below the screen, of my Inew V3 does not work anymore.
A factory reset/wipecache via the Carliv Recovery does not solved it.

On YouTube i found a couple of videos from people with the same problems. Example:

Is there someone here who found a solution for this? Or is it just bad luck and a hardware problem?

I think this phone came faulty in terms of its touch screen reliability... Mine also got damaged out of the blue. I think I'll have to ship in a replacement. Deeply disappointed with it.

After 4 months i got a Inew V3 back. It was necessary to contact 1949deal via skype several times before any action from the aftersales took place.

Hmm this is very disappointing. After 3 days of use my repaired/new Inew V3, exactly the same problem again. Touchscreen not responding at all.
And off course impossible to contact 1949deal aftersales via skype. They are not responding at my messages. Frustrating!

Paulus... That is what their support forum is for. If you're having troubles contacting them through Skype or email, please post a support thread in their forum. Stick to the facts. What date you shipped it back and what day it was received again by you. Order # and any other info you feel is pertinent.
