[Question] Samsung s7582 clone (MTK6572) - Could not be recognized by PC

Hi
I've Samsung S7582 clone .I forget PIN code So I've to reflash it because there is no factory reset in recovery mode but when I connect it to PC does not show up in device manager. But when in Meta mode (keeping volume - pressed then connect USB cable or make short between KCOLO test pin with GND ) window sense it but does not recognize it and keep connect and disconnect continuously .( mtk preloader vcom drive installed manually.)
So please if anybody knows how to flash this device tell me.
