[Question] Software Jumping Inew I6000

Hi there!
I have been 3 weeks my new iNew i6000 2G 32Gb.
The software is not reliable. With use of iNew the software will automatically change without me doing anything. Only when I lock the screen and unlock it works again iNew back to normal. I've set the software to factory defaults. But this has not helped. Is this normal at iNew? Have other mobile phones also have these problems?This error takes me all the joy of my iNew!

Ich habe seit 3 Wochen mein neues Inew I6000 2G 32 Gb.
Die Software ist nicht zuverlässig. Bei benutzen des Inew springt die Software selbständig ohne das ich irgendetwas mache. Erst wenn ich den Bildschirm sperre und wieder entsperre funktioniert das Inew wieder normal. Ich habe schon die Software auf Werkseinstellungen zurück gesetzt. Das hat aber auch nicht geholfen. Ist das normal bei Inew? Haben andere die das Handy haben auch diese Probleme? Dieser Fehler nimmt mir die ganze Freude über mein Inew!

Turn off gesture sensing in the settings menu.
that option uses the front camera as a gesture sensor, so every time you move a hand in front of the camera it moves the screen or starts an app, depending on the gesture it senses.

Danke für die Antwort. Aber ich habe die Gestensteuerung ausgeschaltet.
Hier ein Beispiel was ich meine! Wenn ich eine E Mail lese dann öffnet das Handy neue E Mails und schreibt wahllos Buchstaben. Erst wenn ich das Handy sperre hört es damit auf . Ich habe die Apps auch noch einmal neu installiert aber das hat nicht geholfen.

Here is an example of what I mean! When I read an e mail then the phone opens new e-mails and write random letters. Only when I lock the phone does it end with it. I have the apps and reinstalled again but that did not help.

Raser Rudi, did anything happen to the phone before the issue came up?
Any drops or did you accidentally apply significant pressure to it? Were there any updates installed?

Does the problem happen only with certain apps?

There is an item in Developer Options to show touches (found under Input). Enable that and observe the display if the touch panel will detect false touches.

Das Problem tritt bei vielen Apps auf. Hier einige Beispiele:mydealz,Immobilienscout24,web.de, whatsapp.
Es ist alles Orginal so wie ich es von Inew bekommen habe.
Wenn das Telefon länger nicht benutzt wird und man dann es benutzt tritt der Fehler auch auf.

The problem occurs in many apps. Here are some examples: mydealz, Immobilienscout24, web.de whatsapp.
It is all original as I get it from iNew.
If the phone is not in use longer and you then use it the error also occurs.

This is a I6000 problem. I had 3 of these and all 3 had this problem. It's a hardware problem . I tried different rom's but did not solve the problem. Some times a reboot did the job for a while I have a lot chinaphones but the Inew I6000 is far the worst! Never a I6000 again!!! It is a very nice device, but a lot of problems

i think what he means is the sometimes hypersensitive touchscreen, which (also in my case) randomly presses somewhere on the screen. But at least for me its not so bad that i cant use it, usually only happens if i have sweaty/wet fingers or using the device outside while its slightly raining



ich denke er meint die hypersensivität des Touchscreens, welche auch bei mir hin und wieder zufällig irgendwo aufm bildschirm tasten drückt. Allerdings passiert es bei mir i.d.R. nur wenn ich verschwitzte oder feuchte/nasse finger habe, oder draussen bin und es leicht regnet.

I don't understand the problem. What exactly changes?

I have bought my I6000 phone a month ago.
Since the beginning it does weird things. An average of 2 to 5 times a day.
The screen trembles, freezes, or opens applications at will. When it does these things, there is not much I can do. - If I touch an icon on the screen it opens other apps, looks like the touch screen is confused.
I deactivate Automatic Google voice typing an average of 15 times a day. It always switches back on.
Maybe this is one of the problems. (Settings > language & input > Automatic Google voice typing)
Sometimes it’s freaking out to an extent that I can’t even restart it, or switch off. I have to remove the battery.
It also happens that it reboots/restarts itself.
Others suggested using it with one SIM card only. It did not make a difference.
I have done Factory data reset, cleared and deleted the hell out of it. Did not make a difference.
Today I had to remove the battery twice. It froze when a call came in, but the vibration did not even pause just went on forever.

Also in the camera settings I can choose between 1 ; 4; and 6M pixels. How can I set it for 13MP?

Contrary all these problems I still LOVE this gadget, and I would recommend it to everyone if and as you can fix these annoying

Na das hört sich nicht schön an. Hätte ich es vor dem Kauf gewusst ,dann wäre der Kauf nicht zu stande gekommen. Was nützt der günstige Preis wenn das Handy nicht richtig arbeitet.

Well that does not sound nice. Had I known it before buying, then the purchase would not come to conditions. What good is the low price if the phone is not working properly.
