How about ROM manager app? You can get it for free and there is a way to install a rom using that. You have to be rooted though, but it looks like you are already rooted.

First you need to install CWM recovery, that is the only way you will be able to install your new ROM. You can find the tutorial here on how to install CWM.

I've installed it and tried to do a recovery but, since I dunno what cmw I'm using, I can't create the recovery as the steps say...

I have the same issue with my Tengda S7599 16G , Keeps on going into a loop.
I also get "Phone storage damaged. Try Reformating ....."
Any ROM avaialble and procedure to re ROM it

First you need to install CWM recovery, that is the only way you will be able to install your new ROM. You can find the tutorial here on how to install CWM.

You're saying that you already have CWM? That is already the recovery!
No need to do any recovery whatsoever.
When you are in the CWM menu, just go to install/update via SD then pick the rom you want (inside your SD)
remember to clear your phone storage and wipe cache/dalvik also.

Hi,
When I try go into recovery mode. I get a Blue Android. Screen goes black then phone boots. Power and Volume+ . I don't even get the Lying Down Android with Red Triangle.
So I need help. If you have instructions on what I have to do to install CWM and a ROM to fix this issue. Every 2 to 3 days I get a "Phone Storage Damaged" error message and only choice I have is to Factory Reset.

How do you get into CWM recovery ? POWER = Volume+ just give me a the powering up Andoid in Blue, Black screen then boot into OS.
ClockworkMOD says Alps E2001v21_v89_jbl1a698_1g not compatible. So I presume I need to doa manual install
SDF process makes no sense to ma at all
