I'm assuming this is a flashable ROM. Follow the standard Gizbeat tutorial. In a nutshell - ADB drivers, Flash Tool, Load scatter, click upgrade.

If someone want I can post links and infos how to do it for recovery and root as old recovery not work with 4.2.1 rom

I've upgraded you to member. Thanks for contributing here. Just replace the desired EBRs with any ROM you flash.
