Mine charges quickly but when it's discharging, it reaches 35% and then jumps to 15%

Give it some time or try a root calibration app. This is a common issue with this phone. Indeed many phones. The stock ROM was same for me. But after a week it seemed to normalize.

TJ, try to reboot your phone and run Antutu again. I score 12800+ . Upload a screenshot of the details if it's still scoring low.

How do you use the HDR camera? I can't seem to find the option in the camera app. Also, camera app only allows pics up to 6mpix, not 8

The HDR should be right at the top. I'm using this ROM now, it's no problem. Other camera apps showing you 6mp instead of 8?

hmmm... weird... mine doesn't have the option. It may be because i flashed the CM10.1 Gapps zip in an effort to install Google Talk and that may have overwritten something in the camera.

Is there a way to reflash the rom without wiping the phone?

Well its very likely gapps had a camera, so yes it got overwritten most likely.

If you had backed up the entire system before gapps Install then yes. Otherwise you should reflash.

I will work on changing the fingerprint. Now im away from PC. I really dislike entire gapps packages. Offer the package fine. But split it up into each individual apps as we. We will see if we can find you an individual gtalk apk until i get the fingerprint updated.
