I simply cannot download the file from Baidu.
Someone should download it and upload to a cloud-store (Dropbox, Box, Google Drive, etc.)

It loks like a windows software to build some patch ,to aply to any of the three (3 files with .ini) models of v3.....
The 800mb is the windows software....
I almost forgot..... all the doc is in Chinesse....

No , the app is in english and the step by step procedure with pics is in a doc ,but in chineese.
