Yes I have tried both but no luck. Restore user data...... doesn't show my sd card and in phone storage there is nothing to restore. By the way , thanks for your help so far :-)

How to enable USB debug on a broken screen phone :

If you can still launch your phone, while the touch doesn't work, here is a solution:

1. You just need to get an OTG USB cable. (search it on ebay or Amazon)

2. Connect your phone to the USB mouse via the OTG USB cable.

tried connecting but nothing happens on it. On my OnePlus One, it straightaway shows the cursor.

Try to download and install MyPhoneExplorer 1.8.6 from here:

When installation is finished, connect your phone with usb cable and press shift+F6
You'll be able to use the mous epointer like your fingers :

No luck with that either. It doesn't pick the phone. It also needs USB debugging enabled on the phone.

I've supposed it ... but there's no harm in trying :-(
Do you have an usb cable male to male ? You could try to connect the otg usb to male ... and then connect to the pc. However there're a lot of otg usb on the net (many for Samsung device) ... Have you bought an universal Micro USB 2.0 5 Pin tablet OTG cable adapter port ?

Hi, yes it is a universal usb adapter and works on my other phones but sadly not on this one. I guess my best bet will be to flash a working rom on it by SP Flash Tools. Finding a compatible rom is such a hard work for these clone fake phones. I guess I have to keep trying.

WELL ! After having done many tests on my device ... MAYBE I've found the solution :-)
You can make a bootable CWM Recovery into your microSD.
1)Put a microSD into a Micro SD USB Adapter.
2)Format the microSD (I suggest you Gparted live version) ... leave the space unallocated.
3)Download & install Win32-image-writer.
4)Download CWM Recovery.img from the link below:

5)Extract the image from the zip.
6)Open Win32-image-writer and write image into your microSD.
7)Put the microSD into your device.
8)Turn off your device and reboot by pressing the Power & Volume Up (or Down) buttons simultaneously ... and you'll enter into Recovery Mode.
Remember that into Recovery Mode you have to use the volume up & down to choose the action required ... and then press the power button to start the action required.
NOW you have a working CWM Recovery (tested with success into my device).

Many thanks, just followed every step. When I go to recovery I get option apply update from sdcard. But it doesn't show the sdcard it shows the internal one only. So I tried sideloading from ADB. Your image got transferred to phone but right at the end it said, installation aborted. I tried it few times but same result. I even tried sideloading my backed up recovery from CWM Backup, same result :-(
