Does the phone come up in device manager?
Have you tried the other drivers? What OS are you running on your PC?
No need to install PdaNet on your phone.
android tool recognize the phone in version 2.30 at the left site is all the phone information but in the right side is no conecting(empty)the root shell is green
in device manager is android adb connecting,in droid tool 2.53 is no connecting,or must I try other version,my os is windows7 64bits

sorry to interrupt but you may have missed Athos requesting you up your version of MTK Droid tools
please do so....see post 6
b) If and only if you guys can't get this sorted, and Athos will---- I assure you, then there is another way but it involves you downloading Linux live cd.
It will turn you into a hound dog....so best to revisit post 6 OK?
giggles

Quote:in device manager is android adb connecting
I think this should suffice for Droid Tools. Is it still asking for you to connect a device?
Just to make sure, your phone is turned on when you connect it, yes?

Can you show a screenshot so we can get a better idea of what's happening? Thanks!

Yes, the photos are good. Thanks. You are correct, the blank right part is very odd.
USB debugging is enabled, yes? I tried replicating the blank right screen and only see it when I turn off USB debugging mode. Double check that USB debugging remains enabled while it is connected to your PC.
Try running the program as administrator.
Have you tried other USB ports of the PC?
If it still does not work, delete the entire extracted folder of Droid Tools. Re-download it from aus9's posted link, and try it again.
