Thank you my friend for your valuable help. You gave me the way to continue. I think I have a lot of search to do the next days because for someone ignorant as I am, thinks are not as simple as they look.
But your idea for a phone with dual boot is very intriguing and worth the effort.

All fine.
BUT, when i call reboot-phone or reboot-sdcard via terminal-emulator, NOTHING.
It seems, my scripts are bad.
How to create the script?

Here are my scripts, you must change to suit your phone, also i included two zip files, you can open each and replace the binary file with your own rezip, and flash each via cwm, this is just another option to boot from phone or sdcard.

to use zips,
open boot_from_phone.zip replace phone.img with yours, rezip place on sdcard.
open boot_from_sdcard.zip replace sdcard.img with yours rezip place on sdcard
If you want to boot from sdcard, in cwm recovery you install boot_from_sdcard.zip, then reboot.
If you want to boot from phone, in cwm recovery you install boot_from_phone.zip, then reboot.

i think instead of flashing a second kernel, you also could "replace" the init binary with an init script (rename the init binary to init_orig for example).
within this script, you can switch init.rc with init2.rc (another init.rc with changed mountpoints), depending on the selected boot option.
after the init.rc files are switched, you can execute an init2 script, which just replaces your init script with the init_orig, and then executes the binary.

yes of course. i just wanted to show the possibility. i even don't own a mtk device yet.

I am using Darkmoon now on my phone, all works but camera, once I get that fixed this will be a nice ROM for DK C30 also.
edit all fixed now rom working great.
