I have a big problem with the SIM card
her card was not recognized and when I looked I saw that a PIN is missing!

You need to send it back to the seller or try to replace the simsocket by repair
or use a mini sim in the other socket if you dont want to send/replace/repair

Alternate resolution. Why not pick up a sim to micro-sim cutter cheap on ebay & simply cut down your sim to use slot 2?

I did for my previous chinese mobile, and as such my normal size 3 network sim is now a 'micro'. I've got it in slot 2 of the V3 & working fine. No issues. Would certainly be a quicker, easier & cheaper option than returning to China for repair.

You can try to solder small piece of metal onto the pin. But that is a very tough spot to solder. Maybe a master can do it.

also, you can swap 3G SIM slot ---> SETTINGS * WIRELESS&NETWORKS * MORE * MOBILE NETWORKS * 3G SERVICE
