Did you try flashing back to the stock firmware? This is very likely a firmware issue, not hardware.
Exynos is a Samsung CPU. Where did you buy the phone from... Fastcardtech?

Mmm... it wasn't just a lucky guess. They are one of the worst companies to deal with when it comes to properly representing what they're selling.
Did you try flashing back to stock firmware? If you don't have it, contact them and find out how you can get it. You can also try firmware at needrom.com, but don't flash over your bootloader.
