Hey guys. I found this site one my quest to fix my phone which I messed up myself. after 2 days of research i believe its time to ask the pros for help.
about 3 weeks ago I received my new smartwatch, the imacwear m7. Its a fully fledged phone that takes a memory card and sim card and running android 4.4.2. I was really pleased with the device and used it on a daily basis. about 3 days ago I was just messing about in the developer options and i turned on screen overlay. I set the resolution to 1920x1080 i think so and since then the touch has stopped responding and the screen is sorta greyed out. The touch does work however. a little circle comes wherever i tap on the screen( i enabled that in developer options) I thought this is an easy fix. just do it through adb. Downloaded all the drivers and sdk (took me a day to find the right mtk drivers) but now when i connect it asks to verify the rsa fingerprint of my pc and i cant cuz the touch isnt responding. when i type adb devices it shows my device but offline. next i tried to boot into recovery or safe mode but since the device has no volume buttons, just a home and power button, i dont know how to boot into recovery. i tried controlling my watch/phone through the pc with android screencast and android control but both work through adb. which means i have to verify the computers fingerprint which means im back to square one. i dont know what to do now. fyi usb debugging IS enabled but and i havent rooted the device yet. Dunno if it came rooted from the factory. Any help would be highly appreciated
