Hey I'm really new to all of this and I don't really understand anything :-( so I have some questions:
_ In the option "about phone" I see "Model Number: V3-E" and in "Built Number" there are some words with a "v1.0.1" at the end.
Would your program works on my phone?
_ Is there a program to root the phone in the .rar you posted?
_ Can I unroot my phone if I want to? And if yes, how?
Thank you for all the website! I thought I was the only one to have this phone haha! (Told you I was new)

Ok, what 'programs' are you referring to?
What you have quoted is the model number (V3-E) and the firmware number (1.01). The phone is now at firmware 1.04. If you look at Gizbeat's release on the main page you will see that, using SP Flashtools (there are links around the forum or where to get & how to use), you can then update your phone to the latest firmware, which Gizbeat has already rooted - so no need to do it yourself.
Hope this helps

Oh! I thought i published that on a discussion about memory partitioning...sorry
Thank's for the firmware tip though!
Aren't we supposed to get updates in "About phone" directly on the device?

No, we can't do it from there, as OTA updates are not currently available. Maybe in the future.

Oh ok! thank's!
And do you happen to know if we can unroot a phone if needed?

Haven't tried it, but should be possible.
There are couple of apps on Google Play which you might try.
But why do you ask that? Is it because of the phone warranty?
If yes, you can always flash the stock rom, which will remove the root automaticaly.

stock rom? is that the factory data reset? and if yes this thing isn't supposed to erase everything on the phone (like all the files plus the android)?
Thank's a lot for your answers btw I was on iOS till now(thank god I'm not anymore haha) so I don't even know the basics in android and you're really helping me there.

Stock rom is a term representing the original untouched Android OS together with its "components" (speaking layperson).
You do factory reset as a last resort when something goes bad, and when you flash a new rom, which will erase everything on the phone, except OS itself.
Android is a completely different story compared to iOS (from my experience, in a positive sense), so I recommend you first catch up on some readings before you pull the trigger with all the flashing, modding and other advanced stuff we're talking about here. It is not for complete newbies and those with a faint heart
