Reboot your computer, try again. This is an issue with your adb connection, not with the OTA packages.

You right thanks, I just copy adb.exe and adbwinapi.dll from the current folder to droid explorer folder ( I have droid explorer installed)

Hello, man. What model do you have? These are for 550ML and 551ML. And which firmware are you on? These are for WW.

yo !! my ZenFone 2 551ml now runs on 2.13.40.13 can i update only with the "2.15.40.13 -> 2.17.40.12" (90mb) or i just to start upgrade from 2.14.40.19 onwards ? plese help

Your phone is on original stock ROM now? It's not auto-downloading OTA?

You should update one by one. 2.13.40.13 > 2.14.40.19 > 2.15.40.10.... etc...

If you don't mind being rooted and your phone isn't automatically doing OTA, you might want to just download the latest rooted ROM and flash that. It will be a bigger download, but will save you the headache of having to download and install a ton of OTA.
